Easy Online Booking

Organised & Ready to Go
Your clean is assigned to the right cleaner. At our office, we prepare linen, restock supplies, organise keys, and have everything ready for a smooth service.

Detailed Clean & Property Check
During the clean, we inspect the property for damage, missing items, or anything guests may have left behind. We complete a full clean, paying extra attention to presentation and styling. We check that everything works, complete a departure cleaning report, and take photos or videos if needed. Once finished, we turn everything off, lock up, and return the keys to the lock box.

Supervisor Sign‑Off & Report
A supervisor checks the property before your departure cleaning report, photos, and invoice are emailed to you. You can even log in to your booking page anytime to see the real‑time status (Green = Complete) so you’ll know instantly if early check‑in is possible.

‍Fresh Linen Hire
We keep a large supply of freshly laundered, pressed linen ready in our office – including sheets, pillow slips, towels, bath mats, hand towels, flannels, and tea towels.

We’ll let you know if anything needs attention, providing photo evidence so you’re never in the dark.
